The unattractive appearance of this steamer is the first thing we noticed, but it’s what’s on the inside that counts and this steamer is extremely well made and is built to perform.
The J-2000I is part of Jiffy’s specialty series, which refers to models that can be made to suit the user’s preferences. The Jiffy can be configured with a pink or beige base and is equipped with a plastic 3/4 gallon water reservoir, no-drip check valve system, and 5 1/2 foot flexible hose with 4 interchangeable steam heads consisting of a 9″ bent aluminum pipe head attachment, B brush steam cleaning head, 6″ wide metal steam head and a 12″ wide carpet steam head and a magnetic wrench to make it easy to change the head .
The Jiffy J-2000I is designed for commercial and heavy-duty residential use. The Jiffy was also designed with a no-drip check valve system that eliminates water from leaking.
The steamer weighs in at a hefty 19 pounds.

The J-2000I melts away wrinkles and leaves your clothes looking spick and span within a very short time frame, with its powerful 1300 watt steam power.
The jiffy steamer is not made of plastic material which has the feeling of a steamer that will last a very long time. Unlike almost every other steamer on the market, the Jiffy has a metal steamer head that will last much longer than the plastic ones. Even though the pole for hanging clothes while steaming is collapsible to enable easier storage, the jiffy is still a large enough steamer that needs a sizable storage facility after use. This is a quite minor problem but one worth noting anyway.
The hose is 5 ½ foot long, is very flexible, has four steam heads that can be interchanged, as well as1300 watts of steaming power. Our J-2000I was able to heat up in 56 seconds and provided 1 hour and 48 minutes of steam time with a reservoir that holds 96 ounces of water.
